Conference & Exhibition Registrationn Badging System

In response to client requests, we have developed our own highly successful badging system and we can now, prior to your event mail-out barcoded badges with personalised welcome letters and venue directions for up to 5,000 delegates.  As delegates arrive onsite they are greeted, their badge is scanned, any promotional literature is handed over and the delegate moves swiftly into the conference/exhibition. We can also provide hand scanners inside of the conference/exhibition so exhibitors can have a record of which delegates visited their stands and also conference organisers can check which delegates attended which seminars. All this information is then quickly downloaded onto an Excel file so the client can see who attended the event and the delegates movements once inside the event. We provide coloured lanyards for the badges and we use different colours to distinguish between delegates, sponsors and staff, we can also provide branded lanyards at a competitive price.
